Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you select FurMily’s Filters Auto-Renew option.

1. Subscription product

The current Filters Auto-Renew plan is delivered monthly. The recurring subscription price is A$29.99 per monthly paid cycle, subject to any lawful future change notified to you in advance.

2. Subscription offer

The subscription price is A$29.99 per monthly cycle. Any promotional discount applied at checkout is shown separately from the ongoing subscription price.

3. Minimum commitment

Minimum commitment: one cycle before cancellation. You may request cancellation at any time, but cancellation can only take effect once at least one subscription cycle has been completed, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Automatic renewal

After that one paid cycle, the subscription continues to renew automatically every month at A$29.99 until cancelled. By selecting the subscription at checkout, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method for each renewal, subject to the price and terms disclosed to you.

5. Cancelling

You may request cancellation at any time through the Contact page on getfurmily.com or by emailing djelbadre@gmail.com. Cancellation can take effect once the minimum commitment of one cycle has been completed. To avoid a further renewal, submit your cancellation request before the next billing is processed. If a renewal has already been processed before we receive or action your request, that renewal may still proceed unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, the subscription platform or payment provider may retry payment or request an updated payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription where payment cannot be collected.

7. Price or subscription changes

If we change the recurring price or make a material change to an active subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and, where required, obtain consent or provide a reasonable opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Consumer rights

These Subscription Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, refund right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
