So far I am happy with it. It's quiet, easy to clean & works as it's supposed to. My only gripes is the Filters are just horrible, I wouldn't even call it filtering. But the filter itself can be opened & filled with actual filter materials which gives you the option to create a really good filter. I try to clean it every 3 days, but just to get into the habit. The other issue is the sensor works, but shuts off too soon. So I keep it plugged in continuously running & the 3 kids use it without issue. Especially the picky one.

Works great, easy to clean

So far so good! Easy to put together. The pump is quiet. It has great battery life. I fully charged it as soon as it arrived and it was still strong after a month of usage. I had to switch to it constantly running due to my PITA cats playing with it when it goes off & on in either sensor mode. It has 3 settings 1: it comes on whenever the cat comes near it 2: every 15 minutes or 3: constant flow when plugged in. The size is perfect for cats and small-medium sized dogs.

My 12 year old Maine Coon who adores to drink out of a faucet was wary of it when the motion sensor turned on by itself. It has taken him 3 days to feel comfortable. My other cat who is young, got used to it in less than a day.

It runs plugged in or on a charge. Looks like it will be easy to keep clean.

UPDATE 2 months later: very easy to clean. But the filter system needed a boost at my house. My Maine Coon is very hairy... sheds alot in spring. He also washes his paws in the water. I added a small rectangle of a vacuum filter in and it definitely catches the extra fine stuff. See photo. Most is hair, with some "dirt." I just put in top of the white filter so it catches solids before going back into the holding tank.

I have been through numerous cat fountains over the past several years. Sometimes, the pump stops working and I can't find a compatible replacement. Sometimes the manufacturer doesn't sell - or doesn't continue to sell - compatible filters for their fountain. Sometimes the sensor stops working properly. I always keep a fountain upstairs and another one downstairs, so that my kitties will have ample opportunities to drink as often as possible.

I found myself in need of another new fountain, and this one looked like it could be a winner. It was easy to put together and easy to take apart to clean and change filters. The manufacturer sells sets of replacement filters, which is something I now check before ordering a new fountain. (You might be surprised to find out how many manufacturers don't sell replacements!)

I think this is an attractive stainless steel fountain that doesn't have a large and imposing footprint. It runs very quietly, which is another plus. It is easy to see the water level through the illuminated peephole on the front of it. Its stainless steel body and top is preferable to plastic, which can not be cleaned as well, and which has caused my cat to develop chin acne in the past.

I like the shallow water tray because that allows the minimal amount of water to stay cleaner longer. However, in a power outage, it would be important to provide your kitties with a bowl of water because there wouldn't be enough water for them to drink from it.

I prefer fountains like this one that have the option to run on a rechargeable battery and in sensor mode. However, the one flaw I found with this particular fountain is that the sensor doesn't allow the fountain to run for a long enough period of time before shutting itself off. The other fountains I've owned with sensors that are motion-activated seem to stay on longer, giving my kitties ample time to drink from the flowing water spout. I've ended up leaving this fountain plugged in and having the fountain water run all the time to ensure that my kitties will always be able to drink as much as they want from it.

My very skittish cat likes this a lot. She begs for water from our sink but is happy with this one now. The spout offers a good amount of water and the motion sensor is very easy to activate. We usually keep it plugged in but I like that it would still work if the power went out and we’ve had it run for a whole week before realizing it was unplugged. It seems the charge would last a long time. The whole thing was really easy to put together and it has a large capacity. The water cycles through easily and doesn’t seem slimy. It is not silent, so be prepared for a trickling fountain sound if using. It also lights up blue when motion activated or if kept on continuous flow.

I love this is entirely made-up of stainless steel, to ensure this water fountain will not accumulate bacteria when the water isn’t flowing.

The stainless steel dish is nice and heavy duty, to ensure it can hold-up to the everyday wear and tear to last a long time.

The water flow is amazing! It is a similar water pressure that you would see in a filtered water faucet.

The pump operation is silent and consistent, which is absolutely wonderful. I also love there are multiple settings to choose from, whether you’re any to leave the water fountain on all the time, allow it to turn on intermittently for 15 seconds every 15 minutes, or to allow the water fountain to turn on when you pet activated the motion sensor.

The pump comes with a built-in lithium battery life of 100mA, which doesn’t seem like much but for the purpose this services is more than enough. I would recommend leaving it plugged in to a direct power source by using the included USB to USB-C charge cord and USB power block. This way you can have a continuous stream of water to ensure it’s always fresh.

If you don’t have the ability to leave it plugged-in at all times and only wish to charge it periodically, I recommend charging it once a day.

They provided 2 additional black sponge filters in addition to the 1 that is already in the pump. They also provided 2 filters for the drainage of the water back into the bowl. This way it offers double the filtration to ensure it’s extra fresh and free from large participles finding their way into the bottom of the bowl. (My cat likes to clean his paws in the water bowl every day. I’m always having to change the water due to him cleaning litter off in the bowl. Having these filters really saves me from worrying about the water getting dirty throughout the day and allows me to change the water only once daily instead of multiple times daily).

I also appreciate that you can see the water level, through the clear portion of the bowl. I also appreciate there is a blue light that backlights the water level, to ensure clear visibility of the water level at all times.

I love the design and the quality of this pet water fountain! It truly is a bargain for what you get and I highly recommend!

i've gone through MANY cat fountains and this one was definitely different from the others. the stainless steel is solid quality and the cleaning is much easier on this fountain versus others. the setup was unfortunately much more complicated, and because it's dealing with animals, water, and electricity, it's a little nerve wracking. the fountain has a sensory device that turns it one when sensing movement, which is definitely different from other products i've tried. i like the feature and it's been useful for the foster kittens.

This was super easy to set up and filling up the water is very simple, you just remove the top and fill the bowl. We keep this plugged in, so I’m not sure about the battery life yet, but there is a motion sensor, so I’d think that would give it a long battery life. There are 2 filters, a charcoal filter and one that keeps any debris from getting into the motor. The water really does stay clean. At first, the cats didn’t know what to think and it took them a few days to really get used to this. But now they are loving it! It’s been a game changer for us, perfect functioning, no issues. The cats now prefer this to the normal bowl of water and drink more water as a result. This is currently on sale for $45, normally $60 and I’d say that it’s definitely worth $45 all day long.

I’ve always wanted one of these water fountains for my cats because they’re the pickiest eaters and drinkers ever, but I never trusted them enough to buy one myself. When I saw this pop up on Vine, I jumped at the chance — and honestly I’m glad I did.

Out of the box, everything was straightforward. The instructions are simple, and the fountain looks and feels high-quality. It’s definitely not cheap plastic, and based on the original price, it shouldn’t be — the build matches the cost.

Once I plugged it in, I was surprised by how quiet it is. Basically silent. My cat walked right up, checked it out, and immediately started drinking. He even sits beside it like it’s his new little water station.

I also really like the two modes:
24/7 plugged mode, which keeps the water flowing constantly, and auto-sense mode, which has been amazing. As soon as my cat walks within range, the fountain kicks on instantly. It keeps him interested and actually encourages him to drink more, which is the whole point.

I haven’t tested the wireless battery mode yet — I’ll update later on how long it lasts and how well it holds up after a month of regular use.

My only concern is the price. The fountain itself is pretty expensive, and the replacement sponges/filters aren’t cheap either. Time will tell if the long-term value justifies the cost.

But so far? I’m extremely happy with it. Unboxing it, setting it up, and watching my cat instantly approve made me giddy 😂

About three months after I purchased this water bowl, I found a couple of spots on the basin that were beginning to discolor/rust. I contacted customer support and spoke with a wonderful representative named Sue. She asked me for a picture to show the issue and then immediately sent me a replacement. My dogs love this device, so I was happy to get a replacement and continue using their product. Would highly recommend.

While I do like these fountain bowls, the stainless steel starts to show rust spots fairly quickly, and the pump itself has less pressure over time, even with a good cleaning.
