These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through getfurmily.com (the “Store”). In these Terms, “FurMily”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the merchant operating the Store.

2. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your cart at the price and on the terms displayed at checkout. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a genuine stock issue, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, or another lawful reason. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept or cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item or order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices displayed for Australian customers are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless clearly stated otherwise. The total price, including any applicable taxes and unavoidable charges that we are required to disclose, will be shown before you complete your purchase. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Promotions, discounts and free gifts
Promotions, discount offers, crossed-out prices and free-gift offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Where a promotion has an end date, quantity limit or eligibility condition, that condition forms part of the offer. Promotional gifts may have a normal retail value but be supplied at no additional charge when the qualifying purchase conditions are met.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription option, recurring billing and cancellation are governed by our Subscription Terms. The current Filters Auto-Renew plan bills monthly and has a minimum commitment configured in the selling plan. Please review the Subscription Terms before subscribing.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. If an order is materially delayed or cannot be supplied, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our Refund & Returns Policy and any voluntary money-back guarantee are additional to rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Where the Store advertises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, it is a voluntary benefit offered in addition to your statutory rights. The applicable conditions and claim process are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not limited to 30 days.
9. 365-Day Warranty
Where the Store advertises a 365-Day Warranty, it is an additional voluntary warranty and does not replace or limit consumer guarantees that may continue for a reasonable period depending on the circumstances. The detailed warranty conditions are set out in our Warranty Policy.
10. Product use and safety
You are responsible for using, cleaning, charging and maintaining products in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use a product if it is damaged or appears unsafe. This clause does not limit any rights you may have in relation to a defective or unsafe product.
11. Intellectual property
The Store’s branding, original text, graphics, product photography, layout and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Store for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our protected content without permission.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not caused by our breach or that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases to reflect changes in our products, business practices or legal obligations. The Terms applying to an order are the Terms presented at the time that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
