Warranty Policy

365-Day FurMily Warranty

FurMily provides a voluntary 365-day warranty for eligible defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal operation of the product during ordinary use, subject to the conditions below. This warranty is additional to, and does not replace or limit, rights and remedies that may apply under consumer law.

Warranty period

The voluntary warranty period is 365 days from the date the product is delivered, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law.

What is covered

Eligible defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail during normal use.

What is not covered

Normal wear, consumable filter life, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, deliberate damage, or damage caused by use contrary to supplied safety or care instructions, except to the extent a remedy is nevertheless required by law.

How to make a claim

Contact djelbadre@gmail.com with your order number, contact details and a description of the defect. We may reasonably request photographs, video or return of the product for assessment. Do not send a return until return instructions have been provided.

Claim expenses

If we ask you to return an easily returnable product and the warranty claim is accepted, FurMily will reimburse reasonable return postage. Keep your postage receipt. Where applicable law requires FurMily to arrange or pay collection or transport, we will do so.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits provided by this voluntary warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under applicable law.
